As the former owner of Minty’s Marine, he has spent over three decades mentoring apprentices, managing marina operations, sourcing rare parts, and solving complex mechanical issues with precision. Known for his integrity, hands-on expertise, and commitment to quality, Andy has earned the trust and respect of boaters across Simcoe County, Georgian Bay, and Muskoka.
